Can you believe this? It really is amazing. Every single detail of their trip is in this book. Receipts for travelers checks, meals and sightseeing including the ticket stubs! Postcards and matchboxes and pamphlets are taped onto the pages with loving care. There's notations of the weather, who they ate with, the hotels stayed at and the list goes on and on.
Some of the highlights include the original confirmation message for 2 First Coach seats on Braniff Airlines, the baggage claim tickets for Braniff, receipt for American Express Travelers Cheques, the receipt from money exchanges in Uppsala, brochures and maps and postcards galore! A receipt and brochure from Esso motor hotels, pamphlet from Rottneros Park, original receipts (and soap) from Dronningen Bed and Breakfast in Norway, Areskutan lift tickets and postcard and map! There's so much more!
Now for the not so good part. One page is creased, some items have become detached (only a few) and the color from a shopping bag bled onto an awesome Volvo ad! Aaaagggghhhh!
